Returns Policy

At SWANK, we have a 7-day return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in UNUSED condition, with ORIGINAL TAGS attached and accompanied by an original SWANK receipt/invoice or proof of purchase. Returned items must be in the original packaging and not altered. If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned..

If you need to return an item, simply Contact SWANK Customer Service team by emailing returns@swank.ng to arrange a pick-up.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Nigeria and most Sub-Saharan African countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
